Sourdough starter update – day 2

Ok, so here's the update... Day 2 - we're now going quite grey (not worth a pic)... apparently that's normal!  given it a stir and tasted it... and yes, tasted a little like mild white cheese!  Apparently that's good... Must wait till 36 hours before adding more flour and water!
